  • 15 ounces pie pastry (2 crusts, 9 inch)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Salt, dash
  • Pepper, dash
  • 1 1/3 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 280 grams cooked chicken (cubed, 2 cups)
  • 1 bag (16 ounce) frozen mixed vegetables
  • Worcestershire sauce, dash
  • 3 whole mushrooms (sliced)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put 1 pie shell in pie pan.

  • Step 2: In saucepan mix butter and flour and the seasonings. Cool.

  • Step 3: Add milk and stock; whisk until smooth. Add in the chicken and veggies. Pour into crust.

  • Step 4: Top with the remaining crust.

  • Step 5: Bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes.
