Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 pretzel (3 ounces) bread buns (or buns of your choosing)
  • 4 slices (4 ounces) Swiss cheese
  • 70 grams saurkraut (1/2 cup wine cured sauerkraut, squeezed)
  • 1/4 pound corned beef (thin sliced)
  • 6 tablespoons salad dressing (thousand island dressing)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Toast the split buns. Slightly hollow out the buns.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile fry the eggs, covered, adding a bit of water to the pan.

  • Step 3: Add the sauerkraut to the buns, then the corned beef & cheese.

  • Step 4: Top each bun half with an egg.

  • Step 5: Drizzle with thousand island dressing.

  • Step 6: Serve open faced.
