Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound roast beef (shaved)
  • 4 slices (4 ounces) provolone cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • 4 slices tomato (large slices fresh tomato)
  • 4 slices sweet onion
  • 4 (6 ounces) bread buns (hamburger buns, or hoagie rolls)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (or margarine )
  • 4 tablespoons horseradish, optional
  • 4 tablespoons barbecue sauce (Toni Romas BBQ Sauce, or your favorite sauce)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F

  • Step 2: Wrap the meat in the foil and place in pre heated oven for 10-15 minutes

  • Step 3: Meanwhile toast your buns,

  • Step 4: Spread your buns with 1 tbsp butter,

  • Step 5: Spread on the BBQ Sauce & Horseradish (if using)

  • Step 6: Add 1/4 of the beef to each bun

  • Step 7: Top with a slice of cheese, onion & slice of tomato
