  • 24 large (168 grams) marshmallows
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping (whipped cream topping)
  • 6 ounce graham cracker crust ( 9 inches)
  • Maraschino cherries for decorating

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Set the pineapple aside.

  • Step 2: In a large microwave-safe, combine juice and marshmallows. Microwave on high 1 minute; stir. Microwave 1 minute longer or until mixture is smooth

  • Step 3: Refrigerate 30 minutes or until slightly thickened and cooled.

  • Step 4: Fold in whipped topping and pineapple.

  • Step 5: Pour into crust, cover and chill for 2 hours or until firm.

  • Step 6: Garnish with cherries if desired.
