Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Cook spaghetti via package directions and drain (makes 3 cups).
Step 3: While spaghetti is cooking, cook ground beef or pork with onion and green pepper in a skill until veggies are tender and meat is brown. Drain excess fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt. Heat through.
Step 4: Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Then stir in Parmesan cheese and beaten eggs.
Step 5: Form spaghetti into a crust for a 10 inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese on top of spaghetti crust.
Step 6: Pour meat mixture over spaghetti topped with cottage cheese. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts. Remove from oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
