Step 1: Cook puff pastry shells per package directions. Let cool for chilled filling.
Step 2: Meanwhile, mix chicken spread and cream cheese, using a hand mixer.
Step 3: Add all other ingredients into cream cheese mixture and mix well by hand.
Step 4: Chill in refrigerator until ready to use. Set at room temperature for 30 minutes to soften.
Step 5: Stuff puffed pastry shells with heaping 2 tablespoons of mixture prior to serving.
