The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (10 ounce) puff pastry shells (Pillsbury)
  • 1 can (4 ounce) chicken spread (Underwood chicken spread brand)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (slightly softened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds (or nut of your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped roasted red peppers (or 1 tablespoons chopped orange peppers)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook puff pastry shells per package directions. Let cool for chilled filling.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, mix chicken spread and cream cheese, using a hand mixer.

  • Step 3: Add all other ingredients into cream cheese mixture and mix well by hand.

  • Step 4: Chill in refrigerator until ready to use. Set at room temperature for 30 minutes to soften.

  • Step 5: Stuff puffed pastry shells with heaping 2 tablespoons of mixture prior to serving.
