Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 460 grams buttermilk pancakes (Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancakes, prepared as directed & cut into 1-in squares, 6 pancakes)
  • 1 cup apples, diced
  • 134 grams ham, diced (1 cup diced)
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (Optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease an 8 x 8 x 2-in baking pan.

  • Step 2: Place pancake pieces, apples & ham in prepared pan. In a med bowl, whisk together eggs, half & half plus maple syrup. Pour over the apple, ham & pancake mixture in the pan.

  • Step 3: Bake 40-45 min or longer if a firmer pudding is desired. Let stand 10 min before serving. Brush w/melted butter, if desired ... But why would you ever decline such a great opportunity?
