  • 2 tablespoons shallots, sliced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium high and then add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes, stirring once or twice until blistered in spots. Add kale and shallots to pan and cook another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in salt.
