Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced (large cloves)
  • 1 teaspoon Asian chili sauce (or adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard powder (semi-heaping tablespoon)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 large green onion coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloins (two pork tenderloins about 3/4 pound each)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients Remove and reserve about 1/3 cup of marinade, cover and refrigerate). Place the remaining marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the pork; seal bag and turn to coat.

  • Step 2: Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight (turning the bag several times during refrigeration time).

  • Step 3: When ready to cook, remove the pork, drain and discard marinade. Place pork on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.

  • Step 4: Bake in a preheated 400 degree F oven for 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 155 degrees F (the temperature will keep rising for a short time after you remove the pork from the oven) basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
