Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 split (280 grams) brioche rolls
  • 1 cucumber ( Lebanese cucumber, cut into ribbons)
  • 1/3 cup kimchi (plus 1/2 cup extra to serve)
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced (red)
  • 100 grams paneer cheese, thinly sliced
  • 150 grams roast pork loin(sliced)
  • 2 green onions, thinly slice
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat a sandwich press.

  • Step 2: For each toastie, top a brioche base with a quarter each of the cucumber, kimchi, radish, cheese, pork, onion and coriander and spred the top with maoynnaise and then repeat to make f in total.

  • Step 3: Cook in sandwich press, in batches, for 3 minutes or until heated and toasted and serve with extra kimchi.
