Step 1: Preheat a sandwich press.
Step 2: For each toastie, top a brioche base with a quarter each of the cucumber, kimchi, radish, cheese, pork, onion and coriander and spred the top with maoynnaise and then repeat to make f in total.
Step 3: Cook in sandwich press, in batches, for 3 minutes or until heated and toasted and serve with extra kimchi.
