Step 1: Preheat a sandwich press.
Step 2: For each toastie, place a piece of bread on a clean work surface and spread a quarter each of the olive dip, salad mix, capsicum, tuna and fetta and drizzle with oil and roll up to enclose filling and secure with unwaxed kitchen string and repeat to make 4 in total.
Step 3: Cook in sandwich press, in batches, for 4 minutes or until heated and toasted and then cut in half and serve with lemon wedges and extra dip.
