Step 1: Preheat a sandwich press.
Step 2: For each wrap, place a tortilla on a clean work surface and spread with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, a quarter each of the avocadok, lettuce, onion, jalapeno peppers, chicken, taco sauce and sweet chilli sauce and sprinkle with cheese and roll up to enclose filling and repeat to make 4 in total.
Step 3: Cook in sandwich press, in batches, for 4 minutes or until heated and toasted.
Step 4: Cut in half and serve with corn chips.
