Step 4: Preheat a sandwich press.
Step 5: Butter both sides of buns with butter and then top bun bases with cheese, bacon, and egg and a hash brown and top with tomato sauce or barbecue sauce and top with bun top and then repeat to make 4 in total.
Step 6: Cook in sandwich press, in batches, for 3 minutes or until heated and toasted.
