Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons paprika (sweet paprika)
  • 1 kilogram potatoes (6 all-rounder potatoes such as desiree, sliced)
  • 1 red onion (finely chopped)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan forced.

  • Step 2: Grease 6 x 1 cup ovenproof dishes and place on an oven tray.

  • Step 3: Whisk cream, stock, half the cheese and half the paprika in a large bowl and add potato and onion and toss to combine and the divide mixture among the prepared dishes.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle potatoes with remaining cheese and remaining paprika and bake for 60 minutes or until tender and then let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
