Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 ounce sliced bread (1 slice bread, toasted, Pepperidge Farm Harvest Blends suggested)
  • 2 tablespoons hummus (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 slices tomato (ripe)
  • 2 slices red onion (thin slices)
  • 4 slices cucumber (thin slices)
  • Roasted red pepper strips (jarred, 3 strips)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 black olives ( sliced)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spread hummus on toasted Harvest Blends bread slice. Top w/tomato slices, red onion, cucumbers, feta cheese & black olive slices.

  • Step 2: NOTE FROM ME: To a degree, this recipe relies on commercial products (bread, hummus & roasted peppers) which is a major part of its appeal for me. However, I make my own hummus & have 2 recipes for it posted here at Zazz if you care to ck them out. :-)
