Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 carton (6 ounces) yogurt (plain)
  • 55 grams coconut milk (1/4 cup)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 250 grams cooked chicken (cubed, 2 cups chicken, precooked)
  • 2 cups green grapes (seedless, halved)
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup mango chutney
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds (toasted)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a sml bowl, whisk the yogurt, milk & curry powder until smooth.

  • Step 2: In a lrg bowl, combine the chicken, grapes, onions & cranberries. Drizzle w/the yogurt dressing & toss to coat. Fold in mango chutney.

  • Step 3: Refrigerate for at least 1 hr. Just B4 serving, sprinkle w/almonds.
