Step 1: Mix the vinegar, oil and spices in a bowl.
Step 2: Put the chicken wings in a ziplock bag.
Step 3: Pour the marinade in the bag, over the chicken wings and leave in the fridge for a few hours.
Step 4: Drain the marinade out of the bag.
Step 5: Add the flour and shake to coat all of the chicken wings.
Step 6: Place the chicken wings on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 7: Salt an pepper to taste.
Step 8: Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.
Step 9: Turn the wings over and continue baking for another 25 minutes.
