Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds chicken wings (10 wings cut at the joint and tips removed)
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the vinegar, oil and spices in a bowl.

  • Step 2: Put the chicken wings in a ziplock bag.

  • Step 3: Pour the marinade in the bag, over the chicken wings and leave in the fridge for a few hours.

  • Step 4: Drain the marinade out of the bag.

  • Step 5: Add the flour and shake to coat all of the chicken wings.

  • Step 6: Place the chicken wings on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Step 7: Salt an pepper to taste.

  • Step 8: Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.

  • Step 9: Turn the wings over and continue baking for another 25 minutes.
