Step 1: Combine mince, onion, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic in a bowl and then roll into 20 meatballs.
Step 2: Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat and cook and turn the meatballs, in batches, for 5 minutes or until browned and cook and then transfer to a heatproof plate.
Step 3: Place cabbage, carrot, radish, extra green onion, sesame seeds and dressing in a large bowl, toss to combine and serve matballs with cabbage salad and extra soy sauce.
