  • 4 celery stalks (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 230 grams carrots, sliced (5 carrots)
  • 300 grams beets, sliced (3 beets)
  • 6 cups water
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 pound meatballs

  • Step 2: Add tomato paste. Then add water.
