Step 4: Pour in the cream and whisk to blend.
Step 5: After the kiwi has spent 1 hour cooling in the refrigerator, stir the kiwifruit into the egg, sugar, and cream mixture.
Step 6: Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze following the manufacturer's instructions.
