Step 1: Add yeast and pinch of sugar to warm water, set aside.
Step 2: Mix together flour, salt and dried cranberries.
Step 3: Add remaining ingredients and yeast mixture, mixing well.
Step 4: Knead until dough is not terribly sticky, adding flour as needed.
Step 5: Place in greased bowl and cover, let rise until doubled, about an hour.
Step 6: Punch down and shape into loaf. Place in 8" or 9" loaf pan. Let rise until doubled, about an hour.
Step 7: Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375. Once risen, bake for 33 minutes or until done.
