Step 1: Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to the boil, add the spaghetti, bring back to the boil and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender but still firm to the bite.
Step 2: Drain the pasta in a colander and return the pan to the heat and add the oil and heat over a medium-high heat and add the garlic and cook, stirring for 1 to 2 minutes until the garlic begins to soften and then add the chillies, courgettes and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini are beginning to brown.
Step 3: Add the prawns and lime zest and juice to the pan and then add the spring onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until the prawns are pink and cooked through.
Step 4: Add the butter and the reserved spaghetti and cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Step 5: Serve immediately, garnished with fresh thyme sprigs, if like.
