Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3/4 pounds salmon (2 filets, 6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • Garlic powder, dash
  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, rice vinegar and garlic powder together in a small bowl and set aside.

  • Step 2: Season the fish generously with ground pepper and place skin side down on a parchment paper lined baking sheet; brush all of the sauce over the flesh of the fish.

  • Step 3: Place in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 15 to 17 minutes until the fish flakes easily when poked with a fork. (The cook time will vary depending on how thick the filets are)

  • Step 4: Enjoy!
