  • 1 whole banana (large banana, frozen and chopped)
  • 125 ml almond milk (1/2 cup)
  • 140 grams yogurt (vanilla, 1/2 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon LSA meal (or almond meal can be substituted)
  • 3 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup ice (cubes)
  • 1 packet (45 grams) Power Trail Mix (Harvest brand specified)
  • 1/2 whole banana (extra thinly sliced)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the chopped banana, almond milk, yoghurt, LSA meal, cacao powder, ice and one third of the trail mix in a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Step 2: Pour the smoothie mixture into a serving bowl and arrange the sliced banana and remaining trail mix on top.
