Step 1: Lightly spray the bowl of a slow cooker with oil and line the base and side of slow cooker with 2 layers of baking paper, then lightly spray the paper.
Step 2: Combine the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl.
Step 3: Place butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes or until melted and smooth, then remove from the heat and stir in the sugar until combined and then add the egg and stir until combined.
Step 4: Add the flour mixture and stir until just combined and then fold in peanut butter and peanuts until lightly marbled and spoon into prepared slow cooker and smooth the surface.
Step 5: Cook, covered on low for 3 hours.
Step 6: Uncover and cook for 30 minutes and then remove the bowl from the slow cooker and loosen the edges of the brownie and set aside in the bowl to cool completely.
Step 7: Turn out and cut into slices to serve.
