Step 1: Bring the stock to the boil in a large saucepan and add the dumplings and simmer for 8 minutes or until the dumplings are cooked through.
Step 2: Combine the oyster sauce, chilli oil and sesame oil in a bowl and add to the broth and stir to combine.
Step 3: Divide the dumplings and broth among serving bowls and top with the spring onion and ginger.
