Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 packages (240 grams) frozen prawn dumplings
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hot chilli oil (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • Ginger root (4 cm piece, peeled and cut into matchsticks)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bring the stock to the boil in a large saucepan and add the dumplings and simmer for 8 minutes or until the dumplings are cooked through.

  • Step 2: Combine the oyster sauce, chilli oil and sesame oil in a bowl and add to the broth and stir to combine.

  • Step 3: Divide the dumplings and broth among serving bowls and top with the spring onion and ginger.
