Step 1: Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water until al dente.
Step 2: In a large frying pan, cook the chorizo, onion and garlic for 4 minutes or until golden.
Step 3: Deglaze the pan with sine and then stir in sauce and simmer for 5 minutes and then add prawns and cook for 2 minutes or until heated through.
Step 4: Drain the pasta, RESERVING 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
Step 5: Toss pasta with the sauce, adding a little cooking water to thin to desired consistency and then add basil and parmesan to serve.
