Step 1: Lightly oil eight cup capacity round oven proof dish (base measures 27cm c 4cm deep).
Step 2: Cook potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling water for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until just tender and then drain well.
Step 3: Whisk eggs, cream and curry powder in a large bowl until combined and then add potatoes, ham onions and cheese3 and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Stir gently until combined and then pour into prepared dish and cook in a moderate oven (180C) for about 40 to 45 minutes or until set and top is golden brown.
Step 5: Remove from the oven and stand frittata for 5 minutes and then serve with rocket and chuntly (optional)
