The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut up pounded thin)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • FOR SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon minced oregano (fresh)
  • 3 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped kalamata olives (seeded)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pound chicken until thin. Coat in flour shaking off any excess. Deep fry until golden brown.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, saute onions in oil. Add in garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.

  • Step 3: Add in tomatoes and spices; cook down.

  • Step 4: Top chicken with sauce then top with olives.
