  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tomato, whole (chopped)
  • 1 chipolte pepper (in adobo sauce, chopped)
  • 2 cans (15 ounce) black beans (drained)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cups minced cilantro
