Step 1: In a small bowl or jar whisk the apple cider vinegar with the oils, creme fruit and mustard until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2: In a skillet heat the walnuts, tossing occasionally until toasted (6 minutes).
Step 3: Arrange the lettuces on a large serving platter, followed by the celery, warm walnuts and grapes. Drizzle the salad with the vinaigrette and season with sea salt and pepper and top with blue cheese.
