  • 1 container (15 ounce) ricotta cheese (about 2 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate (melted, plus more, shaved for topping)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a food processor, blend the ricotta, sugar & melted chocolate until smooth. (May use hand-held stick blender)

  • Step 2: Divide among 4 sml bowls & top w/the shaved chocolate.

  • Step 3: NOTE #1: The 5 min cook time is time allowed to melt the chocolate.

  • Step 4: NOTE #2: The mousse can be kept refrigerated until ready to serve for up to 2 dys. Bringing to room temp is best before serving.
