Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • Salt, dash
  • Pepper, dash
  • Paprika, dash
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 stalk celery (with leaves minced)
  • 1 ounce giblets (minced)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Simmer the giblets in water for an hour.

  • Step 2: Cool mince them save water.

  • Step 3: Meanwhile soak bread in milk.

  • Step 4: When giblets are done add to bread with rest of ingredient's add enough water to make a sticky bread consistency.

  • Step 5: Stuff into which ever bird you are using and bake until bird is done.
