Step 1: Season the chicken strip with the soy sauce, garlic and ginger and set aside to marinate while you prepare the vegetables.
Step 2: Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat until quite hot and then add the chicken and brown and then add the vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes, then sprinkle the stock powder over the dish.
Step 3: Allow to cook until the vegetables are tender but not soft and serve in bowls with cook rice.
