Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Sauce:
  • 4 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, finely minced
  • Fish
  • 1 to 1 1/2 pounds tilapia fillets (4 fillets)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, white and some green parts, thinly sliced

How to Make

  • Step 1: SAUCE: In a small bowl, whisk together all of the sauce ingredients.

  • Step 2: Coat a 9 x 9-inch glass baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place fillets in pan side by side and pour sauce over them, tipping pan to distribute the sauce all around. Sprinkle green onions over fish.

  • Step 3: Cover pan with plastic wrap (leave one corner open to vent).

  • Step 4: Microwave on high for 5 minutes. (If you microwave doesn't have a revolving plate, turn pan a quarter turn halfway through cooking time.)

  • Step 5: Remove plastic wrap and serve, putting a little of the sauce on each fillet.
