Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 300 ml thickened cream
  • 60 ml liqueur (Baileys Irish Cream, optional, 1/4 cup)
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 4 cups milk
  • 200 grams white chocolate (coarsely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles (fudge sprinkles)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the cream, Baileys, if using, cocoa powder and icing sugar in a bowl and using an electric mixer to whisk until soft peaks form.

  • Step 2: Combine the milk and white chocolate in a large saucepan over low heat and stir for 5 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth and heated through.

  • Step 3: Pour evenly among heatproof serving glasses or mugs and top with the cream mixture and sprinkles and serve immediately.
