Step 1: Combine the cream, Baileys, if using, cocoa powder and icing sugar in a bowl and using an electric mixer to whisk until soft peaks form.
Step 2: Combine the milk and white chocolate in a large saucepan over low heat and stir for 5 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth and heated through.
Step 3: Pour evenly among heatproof serving glasses or mugs and top with the cream mixture and sprinkles and serve immediately.
