Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 cups milk (1 litre)
  • 200 grams white chocolate (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon liqueur (creme de menthe or 1 teaspoon pepermint essesnce)
  • Green and blue liquid food colouring
  • 125 ml thicken cream (whipped)
  • 35 gram peppermint crisp bar (coarsely chopped)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the milk and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat and stir for 5 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth and heated through and then remove from heat.

  • Step 2: Add crème de menthe or peppermint essence and stir to combine.

  • Step 3: Use food colourings to tint mixture to a teal colour.

  • Step 4: Pour evenly among heatproof serving glasses or mugs and top with cream and peppermint crisp and serve immediately.
