Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 head cauliflower (4 cups florets, steamed, reserving some of the water, 1 small head cauliflower)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil (x-virgin)
  • 1/3 cup parsley (chopped fresh only!)
  • 1 tablespoon basil (chopped, or oregano)
  • Lemon juice (from 1 whole lemon)
  • Garlic powder (pinch)
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 34 grams nutritional yeast (1/4 cup, using Bragg Nutritional Yeast Seasoning)
  • Salt, to taste (added at the end)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor; blend to a mash (you can leave some small chucks or blend until smooth) added reserved water as needed to make creamy. Season with salt.
