Step 1: Melt butter in a large skillet.
Step 2: Add onions & saute until translucent.
Step 3: Sprinkle on curry powder & sugar. Mix well. Add broth stirring all the while so no lumps form, simmer until sauce is thickened. Add a bit of water or broth if sauce is too thick.
Step 4: Stir in the chicken. Bring to boil.
Step 5: Turn heat down & simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Serve over rice.
