Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • FOR SYRUP
  • 1 stalk lemongrass
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • FOR FRAPPE
  • 2 cups pineapple (diced)
  • 2 cups mango (diced)
  • 1 cup papaya (diced)
  • 1 banana, whole (diced)
  • 2 passion fruit
  • 2 cups ice (cubes)
  • 2 1/2 cups half and half

How to Make

  • Step 1: Chop lemongrass and heat with sugar and water until sugar has dissolved.

  • Step 2: Let cool, then strain out lemongrass and chill syrup.

  • Step 3: Pulse half of fruit with half the sugar syrup, 1 cup of ice cubes and 1 1/4 cups cream until blended and frothy.

  • Step 4: Pour into a chilled pitcher and repeat with remaining ingredients.

  • Step 5: Serve immediately.
