Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounce sole fish fillet
  • 1 tablespoon oil (avocado oil)
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green onion (for garnish, optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger paste and honey and set aside.

  • Step 2: Season the fish with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: In a medium skillet bring the oil to medium-high heat and cook the fish for 3 minutes, gently turn the fish over and pour the vinegar mixture over the fish. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes, depending on thickness of fish, until fish is cooked through. (It will flake when poked with a fork)

  • Step 4: Garnish with green onion slices.

  • Step 5: Enjoy!
