Step 1: Place salmon fillets in a glass baking dish
Step 2: In a medium glass bowl prepare marinade, oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme. basil,lemon juice and parsley, mix and pour over salmon
Step 3: Marinate for one to two hours turning occasionally
Step 4: Peheat oven to 375, make a foil packet covering the fillets with the marinade and add the lemon slices and seal
Step 5: Place packet in glass baking dish, bake 35-40 minutes, done when flakes easily with a fork
Step 6: Served on a white platter with snipped parsley makes for great presentation
