Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
  • 2 bunches broccolini
  • 80 grams jam (store-bought Asian chilli jam, 1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 50 grams cashew nuts (toasted and chopped, 1/3 cup)
  • Cracked black pepper, for sprinkling

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the oil in a work or large frying pan over high heat and add the broccolini and cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes.

  • Step 2: Place the chilli jam and water in a small bowl and mix to combine and add half of the chilli mixture to the work and cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute.

  • Step 3: Top the broccolini with the cashews and remaining chilli mixture and sprinkle with pepper to serve.
