Step 1: Grease a 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray or butter.
Step 2: In a heavy-bottomed 3 quart saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows over medium-low heat, stirring constantly so it doesn't scorch. Stir maple syrup and bacon into melted marshmallows.
Step 3: Add cereal, and toss well to combine.
Step 4: Put a piece of waxed paper over the mixture and press evenly into the prepared pan. Let set at least 30 minutes, then cut with a sharp buttered knife into 20 bars, or whatever size floats your boat!
