Step 1: Place the water, Dijon mustard, grainy mustard, maple syrup, basil, paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper in a large re-sealable plastic bag and mix well; add the chicken and allow marinating in refrigerator overnight.
Step 2: Pour the contents of plastic bag in a crock pot, cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Step 3: Just before serving place the green beans in a pot of water and simmer for about 5 minutes, drain and toss in olive oil and season with a bit of sea salt and pepper.
Step 4: Divide the green beans between 4 plates and top with maple mustard chicken.
Step 5: Enjoy!
