Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 20 ounces cream-style corn (frozen, unthawed, 2 packages, 10 ounce each)
  • 1/4 cup green peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup yellow onions, chopped
  • Paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Remove frozen corn from pouches.

  • Step 2: Place blocks side by side on a large piece of heavy duty foil, or on a double thickness of regular foil.

  • Step 3: Top with green pepper and onion and sprinkle liberally with paprika.

  • Step 4: Season with salt and pepper and dot with butter.

  • Step 5: Bring edges of foil together over center of vegetables.

  • Step 6: Fold over with a double fold leaving a little space for steam expansion. Seal ends securely.

  • Step 7: Cook on grill over medium heat turning occasionally for 30 minutes until green pepper is tender.

  • Step 8: Stir to mix.
