  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper (diced)

  • 1 serrano chile (cored, seeded and minced)
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon oil (canola oil)
  • Salt, pinch
