  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 3/4 cups polenta
  • 4 ounces Gorgonzola cheese (crumbled, 3/4 cup)
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large saucepan bring the chicken broth to a boil. Gradually add polenta, whisking constantly. Return mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until potent is tender, stirring frequently and adding more chicken broth by 1/4 cupfulls if polenta is too thick (10 minutes). Remove from heat.

  • Step 2: Add gorgonzola and cream; stir until cheese is melted. season to taste with salt and pepper.
