How to Make

  • Step 1: In a microwave, melt butter and chocolate; stir until smooth; cool for about 10-15 minutes.

  • Step 2: In a bowl beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until smooth and well blended; beat in chocolate mixture, then gradually stir in flour, then mix in the nuts.

  • Step 3: Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups about two-thirds full.

  • Step 4: Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  • Step 5: Cool then glaze or frost with chocolate frosting if desired.
