Step 1: Mix all ingredients in a stock pot big enough to handle 1 gallon of liquid.
Step 2: Steep for 2 hours on low heat and let rest overnight.
Step 3: Once rested, warm the cider back up and add 1 ounce of good quality rum per 5 ounces of cider.
